What an enchanting and joyous read 'Nevermoor' is! Comparisons to Harry Potter are here warranted. This is a new series to watch out for.
Morrigan Crow is doomed to die: at eleven o'clock on Eventide. But, of course she doesn't want that to happen. She's blamed for all the disasters in the locality so it seems destined that she will be dead very soon. That is until a mysterious man called Jupiter North arrives...
Jessica Townsend has imagined a wonderful new world in Nevermoor. The characters are brilliant too. Morrigan Crow is like a girl Harry Potter with far more bad luck. Jupiter North is Doctor Who meets Willy Wonka. There is so much to enjoy in this book and a lot to anticipate for the sequels. I can't wait to read more!
